No refund can be given for damaged or misplaced packages at the fault of the postal service.
We apologize if you’re not satisfied with your item. In order to qualify for a refund, there must be a fault with the quality of the item. As “scammers” and sabotagers of items are not unheard of, all items are inspected prior to shipping to make sure that they meet their provided description. If an order was placed and received by mistake or your item is an unwanted gift, feel free to email us via the contact page within 7 days of receiving the item to schedule it’s return and a refund.
