Returns Policy

I ship world-wide.

Everything in my store is hand-made and made-to-order. As I receive a lot of orders, your item will go into the queue to be fabricated but should be ready to ship within about 2 weeks. 

All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. You will receive a confirmation of shipment to the email address that you provided.

No refund can be given for damaged or misplaced packages at the fault of the postal service.

We apologize if you’re not satisfied with your item. In order to qualify for a refund, there must be a fault with the quality of the item. As “scammers” and sabotagers of items are not unheard of, all items are inspected prior to shipping to make sure that they meet their provided description. If an order was placed and received by mistake or your item is an unwanted gift, feel free to email me at: steampunkcouture@live.com within 7 days of receiving the item to schedule it’s return and a refund.
